Our strength lies in our unity. It is reflected in our wines, shaped by the sincerity, patience and collective passion that inspire us every day. 15 people work full time on the estate throughout the year. Some have been with us for decades, preserving traditions and passing on know-how that has, in some cases, been handed down from father to son. Others have joined us more recently, bringing fresh ideas and renewed energy.

Sylvain and Valentin work the soil, aerate it and apply treatments. Always ready to respond at a moment’s notice, they know that timing is everything, as rainfall often determines when the work must be done.
They are the guardians of the harvest.
They also spend time with the sheep and geese.
They feed them, count them, keep an eye on them, make hay and secure the fences.
In the quiet of the winery, Nelson watches over each wine with meticulous care and intuition.
He tastes and observes, ensuring that each vintage expresses its true character.
His keen eye and rigorous approach ensure continuity from vineyard to bottle.
Once the wine is ready, Vincent takes over.
He handles the final tasks: bottling, labelling, applying the wax seal and preparing the orders.
Each bottle passes through his hands, the final stage in a year’s collective effort.

Pauline is the face of Domaine Pellé—it is she who connects the wines with their audience – those who will drink and appreciate them.
Pauline travels throughout France and abroad, meeting customers and agents, sharing the fruits of the year’s labour and carrying the estate’s voice beyond borders.
In Morogues, she welcomes visitors, offers guidance, shares stories and passes on her knowledge.
In every conversation, tasting and encounter,
she embodies the spirit of the estate—open, curious, exacting and deeply human.
Working alongside her, Delphine ensures that the day-to-day operations run smoothly. She manages orders, liaises with customers and agents, monitors inventory and coordinates shipments.
At the heart of operations, she ensures everything runs smoothly and every detail is taken care of. Her quiet efficiency gives everyone the reassurance they need to focus on what they do best.
Serge is as at home with numbers as others are among the vines.
But he also enjoys stepping away from his desk to meet visitors.
In the tasting room, he takes the time to chat with visitors and share the stories behind the wines, making everyone feel instantly at home.
Julie ensures the premises are kept clean and tidy every day.
Working discreetly behind the scenes, she ensures the premises are always welcoming and ready to receive employees and visitors alike.
During the harvest, she joins the team, preparing and serving hearty meals that offer a welcome respite during the long, demanding days of grape picking.
They return to lend a hand at the busiest times of the year…
