For more than 40 years, Pellé’s Sauvignon has flourished on the caillottes (dry, stony limestone) of Montigny, where it finds the perfect balance of sunshine and cool temperatures. The result is a richly nuanced wine with clean-cut aromas, a fine tension and a saline weave that gives it remarkable length. Delicate yet persistent, the palate faithfully reflects the stony character of the terroir. A well- honed, elegant Sancerre, it can be enjoyed now and will continue to age beautifully over time.
