Originating from one of Morogues’ sunniest terroirs, with a southwest-facing exposure, this wine develops a full-bodied, luscious palate shaped by the warmth of the afternoon sun. The shallow, Kimmeridgian marl-rich soils lend it tension and minerality. Robust and generous, it is naturally suited to fine dining and richer dishes. This is a wine in which the aromatic intensity is balanced by a vibrant tension that allows the varietal to stand back and the terroir to express itself to the full.
