Planted in the 1960s, this vineyard plot soon revealed its unique character, prompting Éric Pellé to vinify it separately in 1981, thus creating Domaine Pellé’s first single-vineyard wine. Its deep, east-facing Kimmeridgian terroir, shot through with veins of flint, naturally expresses finesse. On the palate, complexity takes centre stage, revealing a chalky texture, citrus notes, tension and minerality. This is a wine of power and remarkable length, built for cellaring.
